Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your plants! Because live plants are perishable and sensitive to transit conditions, we offer the following:

  Damaged / Dead on Arrival (DOA): Contact us with photos (of the plant and packaging) within 48–72 hours of delivery. If the plant arrives damaged or dead due to shipping, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit (your choice).

  Healthy but Unhappy: We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or plants that die after proper care. Plants are living things therefor success depends on your environment and care.

All claims must include:

  Order number

  Clear photos showing the issue upon unpacking

• Clear video of you unboxing the plant or products

  Photos of the packaging (to help us improve shipping)

Non-Refundable Items

  Orders refused at delivery or returned to sender due to buyer error (wrong address, not home, etc.)

  Plants that die after the initial inspection window due to improper care, extreme weather, or buyer neglect

Return Shipping

  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged.

  We do not offer refunds on original shipping fees.

Processing Time

Refunds/credits are issued within 3–5 business days after we review your claim. Store credit never expires.
