At Cobian Farms, we take great care in packaging and shipping our live plants and cuttings so they arrive healthy and ready to thrive.

Processing Time

•  Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Wednesday).

•  We do not ship on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays to avoid weekend delays.

•  During busy seasons or extreme weather, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS for reliable, fast delivery.

•  Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (most common)

•  Express / Priority Options: Available at checkout for faster delivery (2–3 days or next-day where available)

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or customs (for any applicable areas) can affect arrival.

Shipping Area

•  We currently ship to the continental United States only.

•  We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international addresses due to agricultural regulations and plant health risks.

Packaging & Care

•  Every plant is carefully packed with protective materials to minimize stress during transit.

•  We use sturdy boxes, moisture retention for roots, and insulation when needed.

•  Optional Winter Protection ($5 add-on) includes a 72-hour heat pack + extra insulation and is strongly recommended when temperatures may drop below 50°F (10°C) along the shipping route.

Important Notes for Live Plants

•  Live plants are perishable. While we pack with extreme care, we cannot guarantee long-term survival after delivery.

•  Once the package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and plant health passes to the customer.

•  Please inspect your plants immediately upon arrival and report any issues (Dead on Arrival or major damage) with clear photos within 48–72 hours per our Refund Policy.

Tracking & Updates

You will receive a tracking number via email. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Weather & Seasonal Shipping

We monitor weather forecasts and may delay shipping during extreme heat or cold to protect your plants. If we need to hold your order, we will contact you.
