Welcome to Cobian Farms! By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Products

We strive to show our plants accurately, but colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Live plants are living things — size, shape, and variegation can vary naturally.

Live Plants & Cuttings

All plants are perishable. We pack with care and use protective materials, but we cannot guarantee long-term survival after delivery. Success depends on your care, lighting, and environment. Care instructions are included with every order.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason. Your order is not final until we send confirmation and process payment.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change. All sales are final except as stated in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for accurate payment and shipping information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier, weather, or customs. Once the package leaves our facility, risk of loss (including plant health) passes to you. We are not liable for plants that decline after delivery.

5. Refunds & Returns

For live plants, we only accept claims for Dead on Arrival (DOA) or major damage if reported with photos within 48–72 hours of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind or plants that die after the inspection period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, logos, and designs on this site belong to Cobian Farms. You may not copy or use them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cobian Farms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including plant loss or replacement costs) arising from your use of our site or products.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
